Spoken Statements

Week 1: Unity Principles to Bless Your Life
1. There is One Presence and One Power, God the Good.
2. I have God’s spark of divinity within me and I am inherently Good.
3. My Mind linked with God Mind creates blessings in my life.
4. Through prayer and meditation, I align myself with God and Good.
5. I live the Truth I know through thought, word and action.
6. Everything is God and is God’s. I use it all with gratitude.

Weeks 2: Unity Invocation-by Charles Fillmore modified
I AM the presence of Pure Being Emanating the Holy Spirit of Life, Love, and Wisdom.
I AM all that GOD is expressing at the point of me.
As I express Divine Wisdom, All thoughts of mortal limitation have no power over me.
I AM the substance and power of pure Love Bringing into manifestation my world according to divine law.

Week 3: Peace Statement
Unity stands for peace in our life time, one life at a time. Unity stands for peace in the presence of conflict; for love in the presence of hatred; for forgiveness in the presence of injury. Unity honors the many names for God, the many paths to God, the many ways to worship God; for there is only one power and presence of God and that God loves each one of us equally. It is therefore the position of Unity to urge all nations, their leaders, and their people to turn to God by whatever name for guidance during these challenging times and pursue peace, not war, for this is what honors the God of all our faith traditions. Unity stands for peace in our lifetime.

Week 4: Prayer of Faith
God is my help in every need; God does my every hunger feed;
God walks beside me, guides my way through every moment of this day.
I now am wise, I now am true, Patient and kind, and loving, too;
All things I am, can do, and be, Through Christ the Truth, that is in me.
God is my health, I can't be sick; God is my strength, unfailing, quick;
God is my all, I know no fear, Since God and Love and Truth are here.

we focus on the power of STRENGTH: The ability to endure, stay
the course, persevere.
The disciple, Andrew, represents the stability that lies at the foundation of every true character. The corresponding color is light green and the location is the small of the back. Affirmation: I have the strength to accomplish all that is mine to do.

Using our Hearts to BePeace in this World

We have been created with a heart filled with wisdom, yet often we forget to access this wondrous resource for guidance with our decisions. When we access our hearts, we connect not only with God but with each other and with all creation. Our hearts can teach us how to BePeace. BePeace is a process developed from ideas in Heart Math and NonViolent Communication by Unity minister Rita Marie Johnson which can teach us how to be a presence of peace in the midst of challenges in our lives, our relationships, and our world.

This month we are using stories from the Hebrew Testament to illustrate the lessons, which are beyond space and time.

Please join us to find peace within and send those ripples out into the fields around you, to build relationships of peace, communities of peace, and a world of peace.
